At Light in the Attic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unused condition.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until we notify you that your refund has been processed.
